To all teams,
In an effort by AzSoccerEvents to continue to enhance your tournament experience, we have your tournament check in information below. We used this system very successfully at all of our tournaments the past two years with AYSA approval.
Each team must send one representative to tournament check in carrying the signed form beloq and a roster for the tournament. The roster must contain the players name, player pass number and jersey number.
Each team will complete tournament check in at the field where they play their first tournament game.
Please check in one hour before the start of your first tournament game.
Pre game check in:
Each team (all players on roster) must come to the field marshal table 30 minutes before the start of the game.
Player equipment will be checked. Each player should be dressed to play the game at tournament check in.
One team official must be present with the team to verify the jersey numbers on the core card match the jersey numbers on the players.
Any jersey changes must be notated on the score card before the start of the game.
